Tree Planting Programs

When you purchase a tree planting package to offset your vehicle's carbon emissions, you are making a commitment to environmental sustainability. Please understand that:

  1. Trees are typically planted within 120 days of your purchase.
  2. Once trees have been planted, cancellations cannot be processed as the environmental service has been delivered.
  3. Each purchase contributes to ongoing maintenance and care for the planted trees.

Cancellation Timeline

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation and refund:

  1. Log in to your T4T.in account
  2. Navigate to "My Offsets" section
  3. Select the specific offset package you wish to cancel
  4. Click the "Request Cancellation" button
  5. Complete the brief cancellation form

Processing Time

  1. All eligible refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  3. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
